1. INTRODUCTION 

This statement is made pursuant to Section 54 of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets our the steps that Boss Cartier Agency LTD (“Boss Cartier Agency”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) has taken and is continuing to take to ensure that modern slavery and human trafficking are not taking place in our business or supply chains. 

 

Boss Cartier Agency is committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all business relationships and to implementing effective systems and controls to safeguard against modern slavery. 

 

2. OUR BUSINESS

Boss Cartier Agency LTD is a UK registered company operating as a digital creator agency, providing representation, recruitment, administrative support, and performance based services to content creators, primarily within the TikTok LIVE ecosystem. 

 

Our operations are predominantly UK based and involve: 

  • Independent creators

  • Self employed contractors 

  • Professional service providers

  • Technology and platform partners 

 

We do not operate in high risk sectors traditionally associated with modern slavery. 

 

3. OUR SUPPLY CHAINS

Our supply chains are limited and primarily consist of: 

  • Professional services (legal, accounting, insurance)

  • Technology providers (software platforms, hosting, analytics)

  • Payment processors and financial institutions 

  • Marketing and Advertising Services

 

We do not engage in manufacturing, physical goods production, or overseas labour indicating high risk.

4. POLICIES & GOVERNANCE

We have policies and contractual measures in place to support our commitment to preventing modern slavery, including: 

  • Ethical Business Practices

  • Contractor Agreements and NDAs

  • Right to Work verification where applicable 

  • Safeguarding and conduct requirements 

  • Data protection and confidentiality obligations

 

We expect all contractors, partners, and suppliers to uphold the same ethical standards. 

 

5. DUE DILIGENCE PROCESSES

To assess and manage risk, we: 

  • Conduct basic and enhanced due diligence on contractors and partners

  • Use reputable suppliers and platforms

  • Include contractual protections where appropriate

  • Monitor relationships for potential risk indicators

 

Where concerns arise, we take appropriate action, which may include suspension or termination of relationships. 

 

6. RISK ASSESSMENT & MANAGEMENT 

Based on our business model, geographic location, and supply chain structure, we consider the risk of modern slavery without our operations to be LOW. 

 

Nonetheless, we remain vigilant and committed to: 

  • Ongoing risk management 

  • Reviewing business practices as we scale

  • Responding promptly to any concerns

 

7. TRAINING & AWARENESS

We ensure that individuals working with or on behalf of Boss Cartier Agency understand: 

  • The signs of modern slavery 

  • Their responsibility to act ethically 

  • How to raise concerns safety

 

Training and guidance are provided where appropriate, particularly for individuals in positions of responsibility.

 

8. REPORTING CONCERNS 

We encourage the reporting of any concerns relating to modern slavery or human trafficking.
