4. COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS & PLATFORM RULES
You must comply with:

All applicable laws and regulations

TikTok Community Guidelines and LIVE Policies

Any platform rules relevant to your activities
Repeated violations, platform bans, or behaviour that risks the agency’s standing may result in immediate termination.
5. SOCIAL MEDIA & PUBLIC CONDUCT
When representing or associated with Boss Cartier Agency, you must:

Avoid public disputes with other agencies or creators

Not disclose internal matters publicly

Not post content that could damage the agency’s reputation
Any public commentary related to the agency must be accurate, respectful, and authorised where required.
6. CONFIDENTIALITY & DATA PROTECTION
You must:

Protect confidential and proprietary information

Handle personal data in accordance with GDPR and agency policies

Not share, screenshot, record, or export internal data without permission
Breaches of confidentiality or data protection will be treated as serious misconduct.
7. SAFEGUARDING & BOUNDARIES
Boss Cartier Agency is committed to safeguarding all creators, particularly those who may be vulnerable.
You must:

Maintain professional boundaries at all times

Avoid inappropriate relationships, pressure, or influence

Not exploiting or manipulate creators

Escalate safeguarding concerns immediately
Any form of exploitation, grooming, or abuse will result in immediate action and potential reporting to the authorities.
8. CONFLICTS OF INTEREST
You must disclose any actual or potential conflicts of interest, including:

Personal relationships that affect judgement

Failure to disclose conflicts may results in disciplinary action.
9. ANTI BRIBERY & CORRUPTION

10. USE OF AGENCY SYSTEMS & ASSETS

Return or delete agency materials upon termination
