Code of Conduct

1. PURPOSE

This Code of Conduct sets out the standards of behaviour, professionalism, and ethical conduct expected of all individuals who engage with Boss Cartier Agency LTD (“Boss Cartier Agency”, “we”, “us”, or “our”. Including: 

  • Creators

  • Recruiters

  • Contractors

  • Advisors 

  • Partners

  • Any individual representing the agency in any capacity

 

This Code applies at all times, including online, offline, and on third party platforms. 

 

2. CORE PRINCIPLES

All individuals associated with Boss Cartier Agency must act with: 

  • Integrity 

  • Professionalism

  • Respect

  • Accountability

  • Compliance

 

These principles underpin all interactions, decisions, and representations. 

 

3. PROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR

You must: 

  • Act honestly and in good faith

  • Communicate respectfully and professionally

  • Follow lawful instructions and policies

  • Perform your role to a reasonable standard of care

 

You must not: 

  • Engage in abuse, harassing, or discriminatory behaviour

  • Create or participate in online “drama”

  • Publicly criticise or defame the agency, its creators or partners

  • Misrepresent your role or authority

 

4. COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS & PLATFORM RULES

You must comply with: 

  • All applicable laws and regulations

  • TikTok Community Guidelines and LIVE Policies

  • Any platform rules relevant to your activities

 

Repeated violations, platform bans, or behaviour that risks the agency’s standing may result in immediate termination. 

 

5. SOCIAL MEDIA & PUBLIC CONDUCT

When representing or associated with Boss Cartier Agency, you must: 

  • Avoid public disputes with other agencies or creators

  • Not disclose internal matters publicly

  • Not post content that could damage the agency’s reputation

 

Any public commentary related to the agency must be accurate, respectful, and authorised where required. 

 

6. CONFIDENTIALITY & DATA PROTECTION

You must: 

  • Protect confidential and proprietary information

  • Handle personal data in accordance with GDPR and agency policies

  • Not share, screenshot, record, or export internal data without permission

 

Breaches of confidentiality or data protection will be treated as serious misconduct. 

 

7. SAFEGUARDING & BOUNDARIES

Boss Cartier Agency is committed to safeguarding all creators, particularly those who may be vulnerable. 

 

You must: 

  • Maintain professional boundaries at all times

  • Avoid inappropriate relationships, pressure, or influence

  • Not exploiting or manipulate creators

  • Escalate safeguarding concerns immediately

 

Any form of exploitation, grooming, or abuse will result in immediate action and potential reporting to the authorities. 

 

8. CONFLICTS OF INTEREST

You must disclose any actual or potential conflicts of interest, including: 

  • Working for competing agencies

  • Personal relationships that affect judgement 

  • Financial interests that conflict with agency objectives

 

Failure to disclose conflicts may results in disciplinary action. 

 

9. ANTI BRIBERY & CORRUPTION

You must not:

  • Offer or accept bribes

  • Provide improper inducements

  • Engage in corrupt practices

 

All business dealings must be transparent and ethical. 

 

10. USE OF AGENCY SYSTEMS & ASSETS

You must: 

  • Use agency systems responsibly

  • Protect login credentials 

  • Not misuse or reverse engineer systems

  • Return or delete agency materials upon termination

 

Unauthorised use may result in legal action. 

 

11. REPORTING CONCERNS

If you become aware of: 

  • Misconduct 

  • Safeguarding risks

  • Data breaches

  • Legal or ethical concerns

Report will be handled confidentially and without retaliation.

 

12. BREACHES & ENFORCEMENT

Breaches of this Code may result in: 

  • Warnings

  • Suspension

  • Termination of Contracts

  • Loss of Commissions

  • Legal action where appropriate 

 

Serious breaches may be reported to relevant authorities or platforms. 

 

13. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By engaging with Boss Cartier Agency, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with this Code of Conduct. 

 

14. REVIEW & UPDATES

This Code of Conduct is reviewed periodically and may be updated as the business evolves.
